Main cause

The main cause for login problems is incorrect use of your username and password. Passwords are case sensitive and must be entered without using any spaces.

For example:

 Incorrect
Username: P1001916 p1001916
 P1001916 P1001916
Password: smith smith
Smith SMITH

If any character is typed in the incorrect format, it will not be accepted.
